Guarantee of Good Health

We hope you will enjoy your puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence and good temperament.

Health Guarantee:

Our puppies are from dogs exhibiting no genetic disorders. We will have a qualified veterinarian inspect the puppy and issue a health certificate at the buyers request and expense. Puppy will have the first set of shots (5-8 weeks). Puppy will be started on a preventative maintenance schedule at 3 weeks. A record of these vaccinations will be provided by breeder. Puppy will need follow-up vaccinations, worming, flea control, rabies vaccination and heartworm prevention as recommended by your vet.

In the unlikely event of an emergence of any genetic disorder within the first 12 months of the dog's life, which is sufficiently serious to the dog's health and in the agreement of two qualified veterinarians, that the dog should be "put down". This also covers the diagnosis Hip Dysplasia.

Notify us by telephone or letter.

Submit the x-ray to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO 65210.

If the OFA finds the dog to be “Severely Dysplastic” then toe45kl qualify for a replacement:

Send us a letter from your vet to confirm that he has “put down” this dog, and this dog has received regular checkups and was not overfed for its height/structure.

The registration papers for the dog must be sent to us and transferred to our name.

The dog must never have been used for breeding, not be overweight, and must still be with its original owner.

After these qualifications have been met, the breeder; agrees to replace the dog with one of equivalent quality from a litter bred by the breeder.
